Recently, I was inspired by this interview between Marshall Ganz and Tomás R. Jiménez – in particular, the critical role of commitments we make to one another about the work; and the key metric they propose for builders: Are we stronger now?
And then, I wondered what types of activities would advance our efforts across cycles of reflective action. In other words, what’s strategic? What do we need to get really good at in order to win change?
